We accept returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect condition .

To request it, write to us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and evidence of the condition of the packaging.
Are any purchases final and non-refundable?

Yes. Because it is a food product , we do not accept returns of opened or tampered bags.

If your order arrived with damaged packaging , a product error, or a quality issue, we will review it and provide a solution.

Delivery time depends on your city and the carrier, normally between 2 and 5 business days in Colombia.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our coffee is of Colombian origin and is packaged in Colombia. We carefully select and roast each batch to maintain freshness, aroma, and consistency .
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your city and the carrier.

In some campaigns we may offer free shipping for purchases above a minimum amount (when active, you will see it reflected in the store).
DOES THE COFFEE COME IN BEANS OR GROUND?

It depends on the presentation. For each product, you can choose between whole grain or ground (if available).
HOW SHOULD I STORE COFFEE?

Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed, away from direct sunlight. For best aroma, consume as soon as possible after opening.
